Courtyard Place HOA includes the following amenities: clubhouse rental for private parties, gym, tennis court, basketball court, pool, lawn care, and pest control

These amenities are for the use of Courtyard residents and guests ONLY.  Guests must be accompanied by a resident.  Any trespassers will be reported and/or prosecuted.  Courtyard Place is monitored by video surveillance.
